Not all bridesmaids and mothers are DIY’ers. But that doesn’t mean you can’t incorporate some fun ideas into the Bridal Shower. Here are just a few that will pop, and make a difference in the “decor” of this special pre-wedding event. Remember, every little bit counts!

A Blushing Bride Bridal Shower Inspiration

Posted by Jeffra on Dec 09, 2011

I know it’s Winter (well not quite yet, but it’s close), but I was inspired by this pink cardigan/white sweater outfit and had to pull together a bridal shower inspiration around it. So, for all of the Spring and Summer planning brides, send this to your MOH/Bridesmaids if you’re in the mood for a pink bridal shower! Happy Friday Everyone!

Bridal Shower Idea For the Bride Who Loves Pink

Posted by Jeffra on Sep 20, 2011

I attended a bridal shower this past weekend and the details the bridesmaids pulled together were adorable. Monogrammed favors, tea-cups for the guests, and delicious bite-size treats. It inspired me to pull together something for the bride who loves pink…and things that sparkle!

Kitchen Themed Bridal Shower

Kitchen/Chef Themed Bridal Shower

Druid Hills Golf Club – Atlanta, GA

Bridal Showers should always carry a theme, whether prominent or underlying, that expresses an interest of the bride. The shower doesn’t always have to be a huge affair either, because at the end of the day it’s all about celebrating the bride-to-be. This is one of my favorite ideas, because as newlyweds one of the things you get excited about is all of the fun things for the kitchen you put on your wedding registry!

How to Do this Idea:

  • Each guest had to guess spices that were placed in small jars with numbers around a table
  • Guests contribute a favorite recipe to a recipe box
  • The guestbook is a cookbook where the guests sign next to their favorite dish
  • Favors are kitchen timers, or something similar that is kitchen/chef themed
