About the Wedding: This wedding was beautiful! It had a bit of a Buddhist flare to it with their circular ceremony site and incense burning everywhere. It was also a Fall day here in Oregon/Washington so they incorporated dried maple leaves and orange hues into their decor and floral bouquets.
The couple’s names are Lisa and Chris and they are sweethearts. They lost both sets of parents when they both were very young, so this quaint wedding of theirs was very emotional and meaningful. They acknowledged the presence of their now-gone parents and tried to include them even if not in person. I hardly even cry at weddings, as a photographer, but I can tell you right now that I did at this one! – Alice (& Josh), MoscaPhoto
From the Photographer: “This rustic Barn Wedding was at the beautiful Swan’s Trail farm in Snohomish, WA. This is a working farm and is so much fun to shoot. Brandon & Krista are so in love! It was a gorgeous summer day filled with pears, raspberries and hay!” -Kaylee Eylander Photography
Bassetti’s Crooked Arbor Gardens – Woodinville, WA
From the Photographer: “I don’t even know where to begin in describing how beautiful this wedding was! This was pretty much the ideal wedding for me to photograph. It took place at Bassetti’s Crooked Arbor Gardens near Cottage Lake, in Woodinville. This was the type of place where everywhere you look there are amazing flowers, unique art, rustic barns, and perfect spots for photos! Jessie & Peter, and their family & friends put so much care and effort into all the details and planning of the day. The main thing that made this wedding so special for me to photograph was because of who the people are. I met Jessie eight years ago, and we quickly became great friends. She is hilarious, super creative and truly a beautiful person on the inside and out. She is so lucky to have found Peter because he is one of the most caring people I have ever met and their personalities fit so well together! I am so excited for them, their future is so bright”- Hannah Marie Photography
From the Photographer: “The couple met while attending WWU through mutual friends. They had a traditional american wedding and a week before their wedding had a traditional Asian wedding. They wanted to make their wedding kid friendly and added treats and cupcakes in jars. Almost everything was done by Diannie and her friends/family.” – Courtney Bowlden Photographer
