Ashley and Matthew were married at Mount Valley Farm in Orange, Va. on June 7. “It was convenient and even in the winer time it was beautiful,” Ashley said. The bride wore a strapless fit ‘n’ flare wedding gown with beaded lace appliques, accessorized with a birdcage veil, while the groom wore a white jacket, silver vest, and black pants, accessorized with a solid tie. Bridesmaids wore long one-shoulder mint chiffon dresses and carried bouquets of roses, gerbera daisies, succulents, and olive branches. Guests were greeted with a metal bicycle with balloons, milk glass jar crates, vintage trunks and suitcases, and washboards. Notice the transportation was a tractor and hayride trailer? “Our vows were very traditional,” she said. “But for some reason as Matt was saying his, I became very emotional, and I didn’t expect that kind of reaction from myself.” The newlyweds’ best advice? “Don’t stress over the details,” she said. “In the end, the important thing is that you have married the person you love.” Dinner and dancing followed inside the tented reception with Southern BBQ fare such as prime rib, grilled chicken, and cheesy potatoes. Yum! Tables were decorated with peach linens, mason jar and wine bottle centerpieces, and antique oil lamps. “Old family pieces were used everywhere,” Ashley said. The super-sweet dessert display not only had a cake but lots and lots of cupcakes topper with raspberries. And ice cream too!

Amber and Robby were married in a traditional church ceremony at St. Mary Star of the Sea followed by a reception at The Sunset Room in Ocean City, Md. on June 28. “We watched the sunset one night from the deck, and it was incredible,” Amber said. “We knew right then and there that it was the one.” The bride wore a strapless satin a-line wedding gown, accessorized with her hair half-up/half-down in loose curls and a pair of jelly flats, while the groom wore a tan three-piece suit, accessorized with a striped tie. Bridesmaids wore short mint chiffon dresses and carried bouquets of (surprise) tulips, baby’s breath, and ferns. “When I walked down the aisle and saw my emotional groom and all of our guests so genuinely happy to be there, it was the most calm I had felt all day,” she said. Following the exchanging of vows and rings, it was official! The now husband and wife duo took off to the sandy beach to take some portraits, one in particular on the lifeguard stand. How fun! Guests were assigned seats according to streets — ranging from 1st to 142nd street along Coastal Highway. Tables were decorated with mason jar centerpieces, seashells, and starfishes. “When our DJ announced the last song, everyone came out on the dance floor and made a big circle to dance together,” Amber said. “When the song was over, our guests bombarded us with hugs. It felt as if they were just as happy as we were in that moment. It was unforgettable and could not have been planned if we tried.” The newlyweds’ best advice? “The point of your wedding day is to marry the person you love,” she said. “The journey getting there is half the fun and should be enjoyable for anyone involved. If you become stressed, which you will, just take a step back and realize what it’s all about.”

Allison and Brycen were married at Rivermill Event Centre in Columbus, Ga. on March 22. The historic renovated cotton mill had such a rustic feel and beautiful views of the Chattahoochee, according to the bride. She wore a sweetheart lace fit ‘n’ flare wedding gown, accessorized with her hair half-up/half-down in loose curls, while the groom wore a dark gray three-piece suit, accessorized with Converse tennis shoes. Before the ceremony, the couple opted to do a first look with handwritten letters that they read out loud to one another. Fun fact: Allison carried a Bible that was over 100-years-old in lieu of a bouquet. It’s been passed down in her family for generations. How unique! The reception tables was decorated with blue linens and rose, daisy, and anemone centerpieces accented with greenery. A romantic flare was added with lots of candles surrounding too. Guests enjoyed posing with props in the photo booth and received the strips as favors. The newlyweds’ best advice? “Don’t over think and never let anyone make you second guess your decisions,” Allison said. “It’s YOUR wedding day.”

Jacquelyn and Sean were married at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, Calif. on October 19. “We knew it was the one because of it’s effortless, natural beauty,” Jacquelyn said. “It felt like we were at an Italian villa.” The bride wore a lace fit ‘n’ flare wedding gown with an illusion neckline and back, accessorized with a pair of sparkly peep-toe pumps, while the groom wore a gray three-piece suit, accessorized with a peach bow tie and pocket square to match the ‘maids in their dresses. She walked down the rose-petal aisle with her parents by each side to meet Sean. They recited their own vows that got them both teary-eyed! Guests enjoyed signature “Whisk-ie Love” and “Yu Sweet Cute-Cumber” cocktails from mason jars. Rustic farm tables were decorated with vintage books, vases and vessels filled with roses and hydrangeas and coffee bean favor bags at each place setting. “The one moment I can’t stop thinking about is when all our friends and family flooded onto the dance floor to surround us for the last song,” she said. “There was big bear hugs, high-fives, and cheers while everyone sang along to Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ at the top of our lungs.”
