Stacey & Jimmy
Stacey and Jimmy had a rustic, outdoor wedding in Franklin, Tennessee. Their details had an organic feel, and most of it was environmentally friendly. The centerpieces were made of moss and candles, their ceremony aisle decor were potted mums, and the bouquets were all flowers in season. We love the red truck they used as a prop for their group pictures too, so fun! Thanks so Jenny Lindsey Photography for sharing another one of her weddings!
Laura & Mitch
Before the ceremony, Laura and her girls cranked up the 90′s tunes and had a pre-wedding party of their own. So awesome! All of the guests were in the next room wondering was was going on! This is just one example of how sweet and fun this couple is. One of the unique and emotional parts about the wedding was when Laura’s dad, who also was the Pastor who married them, walked her down the aisle. Laura and Mitch’s couple shots beneath the willow tree was truly romantic. Those are the types of photos you dream about having from your wedding day – a perfect portrait of two people in love!
Heather & Brian
From the Bride: “In planning the event, I scoured the internet for inspiration, bookmarked favorite things and gathered inspiring images. We began to see patterns of things that we liked – and things that we loved – and went from there. The event was held in a beautiful rustic art gallery in the historic village of Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee. Surrounded by beautiful sculpture and paintings, we decided the table should be simple as everything around us was alive with color and texture. We met with Laura at Southern Events to talk tables, tablecloths, dishes and the like and left there excited having chose wooden looking chargers and crisp white dishes. We knew we wanted to have one long table with everyone on both sides but I couldn’t get a grasp on tying it all together. Brian wanted white hydrangea with leaves wrapped in the vases on the tables, and so when I found green and white cloth napkins at a local store, I was excited to see this bright spring green and white scheme begin to come together. The punchy shade of green is exactly what we built on. It made me think of spring and how the world around was waking up from winter, just as Brian and I were renewing & reviving our commitment to each other. It felt like spring in our relationship too.”
