Jessica and James were married at Lichfield Ponds in Tocerville, Utah on March 9. The bride wore a tea-length wedding dress, accessorized with a lace long-sleeved bolero and “something blue” peep-toe pumps, while the groom wore a casual tan suit and blue button-up shirt, accessorized with flip flops. Guests were greeted with moonshine cherry limeades from the “sand bar” and asked to take a parasol umbrellas before they took their seats at the ceremony. Even programs doubled as fans! The escort card display featured vintage shutters, books, and a pinwheel and cafe lights backdrop, and reception tables were decorated with driftwood, coral, and starfishes. As a special thank you (and in lieu of a cake), slices of pie were wrapped to-go as favors. Yum!
Swoon-worthy only begins to describe how much I love this style shoot. Not only is it using THE color of the year, Tangerine Tango, but the setting is stunning and romantic. The color palette is a direct compliment to the red stone mountains and arid landscape. The florals combined with white china and vases create a whimsical modern look I just love! Couple all of that together with a fabulous seating area for cocktails, a circular ceremony, and a beautiful couple – done! Love love love! A special thanks to Gideon Photography for sharing!
