The upcoming Leo DiCaprio film must be inspiring designers, because a number of looks look like they could have been taken right out of The Great Gatsby. These Art Deco-inspired wedding gowns adorned figure-flattering gowns with delicate metallic beading and embroidery at the waist, neckline and back.

Take this Jenny Packham stunner (left) with a jewel-encrusted halter neckline and fan like beaded applique at the waist. The “pull” in the fabric creates soft lines to enhance an hourglass figure.

Probably one of the most eye-catching backs of the season is on this dress by Elizabeth Fillmore (center), who described her collection as 1930s inspired. The butterfly design featured here is so unexpected, quite elegant and truly enchanting. It also creates a portrait or keyhole shape, allowing brides to show off a sexy, toned back.

Editor’s Note: Are you a fan of butterflies? Check out the latest Aruna Seth bridal collection with crystal butterflies embellishing the toes. In addition to wedding-day shoes for the bride, bridesmaids and moms are sure to find a pair to wear with their dress. The designer offers 50 colors from pastels to brights in a variety of heel heights.

Using both metallic thread and beads, Reem Acra (right) adds panache to the sheer V-neckline of this gorgeous sophisticated gown. The pattern continues from the bodice onto the capped sleeves. To complete the Art Deco theme, the Acra accessorized with a pleated tulle veil that covered the sat on the top of the head and was held in place by a beaded band.
