Jenna & Brian
Q & A with the Bride:
1. What was the one thing about your venue that made you know it was the one?
The view of Camelback Mountain, which is where we were engaged on the top! I loved the Moroccan feel and romantic style throughout the resort.
2. Which three details from your wedding were your favorites?
1. Dinner on the lawn of Camelback Villa
2. Gorgeous candlelit aisle at the ceremony
3. New York style lounge decor and dance reception
3. If you could offer one piece of advice for other couples planning their wedding, what woud it be?
Enjoy every moment, including the detail planning. Make it a special time for all who attend and let your love show through every last detail.
4. Give us the one moment from your wedding that you can’t stop thinking about.
When the bell rang, and the doors opened, I saw my groom smiling at me! Having my Dad on one side and Brian on the other gave me a security and feeling of overwhelming love.
Angela & Michael
From the Photographer: “I would describe Angela and Mike’s wedding as ‘classically stunning’. From the beautiful St. Mary’s Catholic Church to the modern Tempe Center for the Arts, everything was gorgeous. This was truly a wedding full of laughter and excitement.”
Coley & Shane
This was a complete DIY wedding at Living Waters Retreat Center in Cornville, AZ. Coley is a painting major, who was made everything in her wedding herself. With the help of her family and friends, she painted all the signs, she built the fence, she acquired and borrowed lanterns to hang from the trees, etc. These two also golf, and so since it was a backyard and DIY wedding, all the groomsmen wore golf type attire, and there were hints of their love of golfing throughout the decor. On their road trip across the United States to get to where their new home would be, they even pulled over and the two hit golf balls into a field somewhere out in the midwest! Shane also played professional basketball in Israel, and so when it came time for them to get the rings, their groomsmen pulled a stunt, where they taped the ring to one of many basketballs and handed them to Shane to find. And at the last minute, these two decided to make their exit, by running off the pier and jumping into the lake! -Daniel Kim Photography
Beth + Andrew
This wedding was held inside the Bungalow, a vintage building in Mesa Arizona turned into a coffee shop. The venue provided the prefect low-key, unique spot for adorable photos. I am always very interested in weddings that have a combination of both cozy and personalized, yet utterly elegant. Thanks to Photography by Verdi for sharing the images with us!
Cassandra + Steven
Cassandra and Steven had their ceremony and reception at the Hassayampa Golf Club in Prescott, Arizona. Before the ceremony, they got photos taken all through the historic city of Prescott, and in one of the oldest saloons in the country. We love how the couple shots mimic the vintage, shabby chic style of their October wedding.
