Last week, we spent a day scouring the aisles of the Fancy Food Show, searching for the best edible favor (and welcome basket addition) ideas we could get our hands (and taste buds!) on. While we already discussed the artisan caramel trend, there were many other sweet wedding favor ideas that we’d thought you’d like to know about. Check out some of our favorites:
Could these brownies have a more wedding-appropriate name? Lots of flavors to choose from (how amazing would pumpkin brownies be for a fall wedding?), and they’ll create custom labels for special orders.
Hosting a Christmastime wedding? These chocolate ornaments wrapped in decorative foil would make beautiful (and seasonally-appropriate) favors. They’re almost too pretty to eat – almost.
Another winter wedding favor idea: hand-crafted marshmallow in a variety of flavors. While the chocolate-dipped decorated marshmallows were super-pretty, we particularly liked the “marshmallow melts,” which add flavor to your hot beverage. Package these alongside some hot cocoa mix and you’ve got an ideal cold-weather favor.
Do your guests have more, um, adventurous taste? These chocolate bars came in some of the most creative flavors we’ve seen – we’re talking potato chip, maple bacon, honeycomb, panko, and more.
And for your cocktail hour or candy buffet…The Sugar Diva paper straws, favor bags, twine, and more…
Okay, we know these aren’t edible, but we just had to share these cute straws, favor bags, and twine – great for packaging all of your sweet (or savory) edible favors!
