The rest of the list is rounded out with: Maxim Bungalows in the Dominican Republic, Tides Zihuatanejo in Mexico, Mykonos Grand in Greece, The Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island of Hawaii, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire in England, The Rania Experience in Maldives, and finally Jade Mountain in St. Lucia.
