Headbands are no longer made to only keep your hair out of your face. Bridal accessory designers have created stylish looks with intricate beaded patterns, rhinestones and ribbons. Whether wearing a messy chignon, high up-do or low bun the right headband can be both a functional hair accessory as well as a stylish one. Here are three of our favorite headband looks from the runway:

Add a little bling to your glam look with a rhinestone headband, like this thin one shown at Alfred Angelo (far left).

This neat and tailored look at Carolina Herrera (center) is accessorized with a ribbon embroidered with a mix of metallic beads.

Reem Acra (far right) placed crystals on tulle which matched the beading on the shimmering gown.
