A perfect beach wedding dress is hard to find. A style that’s lightweight, comfortable, and airy is a must, while a big ol’ ballgown with heavy beading is a major no-no for a wedding in the sand (how would you fit it in a suitcase, anyway?). That’s why we’re so happy about Nicole Miller’s wedding dresses – they totally fit the bill for ideal destination wedding dresses. Understated, yet elegant – with a little glam factor thrown in for good measure (yes, a little sparkle is perfectly okay on the beach). The dress pictured at right is one of our absolute faves – such a bohemian vibe (we’re thinking sandals and wreath of flowers in the hair to accessorize), while still being a gown your grandmother will totally love.
