The WeddingWire Team in DC has been hard at working putting the finishing touches on the brand new, shiny Facebook Application for WeddingWire.
While it’s great to have a personal countdown and be able to look at pictures of dresses within Facebook, the power of Facebook truly lies in being able to communicate with your social network and give your friends and family a vantage point into your wedding planning. We all know that planning a wedding is no simple task, and being able to share the experiences (positive and negative) with your friends and family keeps them informed, involved, and engaged (no pun intended).
This first version of WeddingWire for Facebook acts as your Social Wedding Blog. You can share your thoughts as your go through the wedding planning process and in return, your social network will be able to give you guidance, encouragement, and moral support.
We do hope you’ll give it a whirl. As a wedding-technology company, you can always expect much more to come (this is just the first version) For now, we figured we’d try to deliver something new, unique, and give our loyal audience a taste of WeddingWire within Facebook. Download it here.
