So here’s a really creative idea I found on the Hostess with the Mostess blog this week: cheesecake pops.  Originally featured on the blog of mimi on the move as part of a baking contest, but I thought what a fun idea for a rehearsal dinner dessert or even a wedding dessert if you want to break from traditional desserts and give your guests something they’ll remember.  Enjoy!
