Bridal portraits often come with wedding photography packages. Often they are shot a few weeks before the wedding, or a few weeks after as a “fash” or “trash” the dress shoot. Either way, you want to make sure that your own personal style and personality show through the photos. Below are two completely different types of shoots, shot on opposites ends of the world, to give you an idea of how style and personality can play a factor:

{Location: Germany| Photographer: Gasoline Photography}
Questions to Answer before your Bridal Shoot:
1. What location(s) makes me feel most like myself?
2. Are there props (books, umbrella, hats, etc) that would help portray my personality and add a special touch to the photos?
3. Should I look natural or hire a make-up artist?
4. Do I want to “fash” (wear as a fashion piece) or “trash” (possibly get it dirty and wear it for the last time) the dress?
