You can’t miss them, because they are definitely the ‘in’ thing right now. Yes, Vintage/Shabby Chic Cake Toppers. It’s not longer about the flowers or the monograms, but the little love birds, or words that are displayed on the top or around your wedding cake.  As I was playing around Etsy today I found a few to share.

If you want to do something besides the traditional wedding cake, or even in addition to, cupcakes are definitely trending right now. We’re seeing cupcake stores pop up all over cities, and expanding at a rate close to the way organic food did! If there is a well known cupcake bakery in your area, another fun idea would be to get a really fun flavor individually wrapped and give them away as favors.
