Only the best-dressed stars were on the red carpet at the 2013 Oscars, and we know you want to steal their looks, but who? Jennifer Lawrence continued to follow the pink wedding gown trend in her Dior Haute couture dress, while many others like Amanda Seyfried and Sandra Bullock decided to adorn themselves in lace and beading with Alexander McQueen and Elie Saab gowns, respectively. Don’t forget the sequins on Naomi Watts and Nicole Kidman’s gowns or how Charlize Theron rocked the peplum, which is one of our top 10 wedding dress trends this year. Wow, what a fashionable night to remember.

Dress Designers (from left to right): Carolina Herrera and Justin Alexander

True Blood actress Evan Rachel Wood married Jaime Bell surrounded by close family and friends during a small ceremony in California on Oct. 30. Wood wore a custom Carolina Herrera Chantilly lace mermaid gown with capped-sleeves and a ribbon waist detail.

“I am so happy for Evan, she is a timeless beauty, and her gown in Chantilly lace captures this perfectly,” Carolina Herrera told Us Weekly.

Here’s what we know: On her wedding day, Wood tweeted, “Words cannot describe the happiness I am feeling. Overwhelming.” She also tweeted that the couple’s wedding song was “(Today I Met) the Boy I’m Going to Marry.“–a classic from the movie Father of the Bride. Jessica Biel was serenaded by future husband Justin Timberlake as she walked down the aisle wearing a custom Giambattista Valli Haute couture gown at her Italian wedding Oct. 19. Not to mention it was petal pink!

This isn’t the first time we have seen celebrity brides wearing a non-white wedding gown. Amber Tamblyn wore a mustard-colored dress at her Oct. 6 wedding to David Cross, and Anne Hathaway wore a custom pink Valentino gown at her Sept. 29 wedding to Adam Shulman. Let’s not forget Reese Witherspoons’ Monique Lhuillier blush-hued gown at her March 2011 wedding to Jim Toth. Does this make the colored wedding gown an official trend? What do you think?
