While we may have expected a slew of Pippa Middleton look-a-like designs for bridesmaid dresses, designers surprised us with a range of looks from short party dresses to floor-length gowns. Even the selection of colors on the runway — muted, neutral tones (grey, brown) to bright eye-catching hues (neon green, sunny yellow) – were more fashion-forward than in years past.
