Whether your mom is a fashionista or needs a little assistance in the wardrobe department, it’s a good idea to be there to help her shop for a dress. While shopping for an MOB dress can be a fun experience, it can be a bit stressful. We recommend approaching it with a supportive and positive attitude—you want Mom to feel amazing and confident, after all! The most-asked question our Fashion Editor receives: “How early should I shop for my wedding dress?” Well, she answered: “Anywhere from seven to nine months before the actual date.” Don’t be surprised. At bridal salons, you will be trying on samples that can’t be purchased right off the racks. Hence, once your order is into the designer, it will be created from scratch. This past Valentine’s Day Weekend one of our favorite pop singers, Lady Gaga, got engaged! Her actor/model boyfriend of four years, Taylor Kinney, proposed with a stunning heart-shaped ring. Gaga is well-known for her unique and jaw-dropping red-carpet looks, making us super curious about what she’ll opt to wear down the aisle.
